CBSE Class 12 Re-Exam on April 25, Class 10 re-test only in Delhi, Haryana states. The re-examination of Central Board of Secondary Examination’s (CBSE) Class 12 economics paper will be held on 25th April 2018. The re-test for Class 10 mathematics is likely to be conducted in July. Education Secretary Anil Swarup said on Friday evening in the press meet.

He said a previous inquiry has revealed that the leak for Class 10 mathematics paper is restricted to Delhi and Haryana. Regarding Class 10 re-examination, as hole limited to Delhi and Haryana states. If it at all a re-exam will happen. It will appear only in Delhi and Haryana and a decision will be taken on this in next 15 days. If at all a re-exam is done, it will be in July,” Swarup said.

CBSE Class 12 Re-Exam on April 25:

Education Secretary Anil Swarup official twitted; The “CBSE Class 12 Economics Paper re-examination to be held on 25th April.” The CBSE class 10 Mathematics re-examination, to be considered only for Delhi NCR and Haryana after a detailed inquiry. If there is a decision to hold re-examination in these two states, it would be held in July. In other states, there would be no such re-examination.

He said that through an email was sent to the board informing about the paper leak on March 28, the CBSE chairman in the morning saw it.


The paper was sent for checking. There was an alert; we couldn’t have ended the exam. The math exam began at 10 am and “could not practically be stopped,” Swarup said.

CBSE has already announced re-exam of Class 10 mathematics and Class 12 economics papers after the alleged paper leak. Police are investigating the matter.
