WBPSC Veterinary Officer Notification 2018 Released, Apply at www.pscwbapplication.in

WBPSC Veterinary Officer Notification 2018 announced at official website www.pscwbapplication.in. Public Service Commission (PSCWB) is inviting online applications from Indian citizens for 156 posts of Veterinary Officer (VO). Eligible aspirants can submit through online before April 9.

The scale of pay for VA is Rs.15,600 to Rs.42,000 plus grade pay of Rs.5,400 (pay band 4). NPA is also admissible under certain conditions. The applicants who are applying for the above post should be able to read, write and speak in Bengali. The above condition is not applicable to the candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali.

Public Service Commission is filling up of 156 posts Veterinary Officers in West Bengal Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services.

WBPSC Veterinary Officer Notification 2018

Candidate must have a degree in veterinary science and animal husbandry (BVSc & AH) or BVSc from or equivalent qualification. He/she must have registered with Veterinary Council.

Maximum age should not exceed 36 years as on 1st January 2018. Age relaxation up to five years applies to extraordinarily well-qualified candidates or serving employees in govt or statutory body.

A fee of Rs.210 should be paid towards examination fee through online debit/credit cards. Convenience fee 1% subject to a minimum of Rs.5 plus GST will be charged on the examination fee. No examination fee for SC/ST/ persons with disabilities candidates. Applicants can pay the exam fee up to 10th Apr at any branch of UBI.

  • Commencement of online forms: 19th March.
  • Closing date of online forms: 9th April.
  • Last date for payment of fee: 9th April.
  • Download of admit cards: available soon.
