WBPRB Lady SI Notification 2018 released. WB Police SI, Lady Sub-Inspector Notification out at the official website http://policewb.gov.in. West Bengal Police Recruitment Board is inviting applications from all eligible Indian citizens for the posts of Sub-Inspector (SI) and Lady SI in WB Police Department.
The detail information regarding eligibility criteria, the procedure for submission of application form, the method of selection, the scheme of examination and other terms & conditions available below.
Candidates can submit applications through online or offline. The application process commences from 6th April to 5th May 5 PM. The last date of receipt of filled in off-line applications through postal services is 5th May 5 PM.
WBPRB Lady SI Notification 2018 details
Educational Qualifications: The applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or its equivalent from any recognized university.
Age: The applicant who wishes to apply must not be less than 20 years old as on 1st January 2018 & must not be more than 27 years old. The 5 years of relaxation on upper age limit applies to Schedules castes (SC) and scheduled tribes (ST) applicants. 3 years of relaxation on upper age limit applies to Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates.
The upper age limit shall be relaxable up to 35 years for the Departmental candidates of West Bengal Police only. Upper age limit up to 5 years applies to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates. Other Backward Classes candidates (OBC) candidates can avail 3 years of upper age relaxation.
The candidates who are applying online mode can pay application and processing fee through online challans issued by United Bank of India (UBI). The last date of deposit such challans is 10th May 2018.
