Telangana Summative Assessment SA 1 Time Table: TS Summative Assessment SA 1 Time Table Released, Exams for classes I to X From October 23rd. The timetable released by SCERT.
This Summative Assessment SA 1 Exam informed to all the head of the institution of govt Zilla and Mandal Parishad. KGBV TS residential and minority residential / Aided school / un-aided private high schools in the district are hereby informed to conduct the SA-1 exams.
The schedule for the evaluation and issue of the cumulative Records
- Completion of Corrections of Answer Scripts25-10-2018.
- Answer Scripts to parents thro students for their examination and signature 31st Oct
- Completion of the registers and cumulative Records 03rd November
- Meeting with parents to discuss the progress and the issue of cumulative Records 01st Nov.
- Obtaining Signature of the parents on Cumulative Records and return to the class teacher 06th November
Important Note: All the M Eo’s are informed to receive Summative Assessment -I Question Papers packets of your Mandal on or before 25-10-2018 from Key Centers of Headmasters Govt.IGirls) HS by the concerned Key Centers (Distribution centres) on or before 25-10-2018.
The Headmaster of the key centres (Distribution centres) is informed to issued the QP daily 8.00 am to 9.30-am as per timetable and maintain a register. Also instructed to verify the DCEB fee paid details, Recognition status of concern schools before issuing the papers.
All the Head of the Institutions are informed to collect the QP Packets daily between B.00 am to 9.30 am from the concern Key Centers Distribution Centers).
In case any shortfall in the issued QP packets, the same may be collected from the concerned MEO offices. For any queries may contact No.s 9440745505 and 9440484542.
The MEos are requested to take immediate action and inform all Management Schools about the examination schedule and as well as post examination activities in all Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools.
