SPMVV invites Senior Research Fellow in DBT
SPMVV Senior Research Fellow In DBT 2018 Notification. The Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam women’s university Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, has published the notification BT/PR12496/AAQ/3/711/2014. The applications are invited from the women candidates only for the position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) to work in DBT-Collaborative Major Research Project entitled “Molecular and Pattern Identification of Indian Mariculture fauna using DNA Bar-coding and Soft Computing Techniques.”
Essential Qualifications: 1. M.Sc., Life Sciences and related. 2. Two-year Research Experience. 3. NET/SLET/Ph.D.
Desirable:
- Wet lab techniques about Isolation of Biomolecules, DNA Barcoding, and Bioassays.
- Dry lab techniques/Primer designing/tools about Gene/Protein sequence analysis, clustering, Restriction digestion mapping, Gene structure-function predictions.
- Efficient Computational and Communicational skills.
Fellowship: Rs. 33,600/- (Rs. 28,000/- + 20% HRA)
Duration: 1 Year.
The position of this fellowship is purely temporary.
