Osmania University B.Pharmacy Semester Exam Fee Due dates
Osmania University B.Pharmacy 4th Year 2nd Semester Makeup 2018 Exam Fee Due dates. The OU Hyderabad has published the notification for B.Pharmacy IV Year II Sem. (Makeup) Examinations will conduct in 2018. The detailed Time-Table will issue in due course.
Following is the schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of examination’s application’s forms at the Office of the concerned Principal of respective College’s.

Special Instructions to the Principals:
- The College login will close after the last date.
- Principals are requested not to forward/submit the EAF of Not Eligible Candidates.
- The results of Not Eligible candidates will be canceled at any stage if they write the examination.

Important Note:
The students who have completed Course requirement having appeared for III Year II semester’s and completed double duration of the Course but do not cross (10) year’s from the date of admission’s, have to pay an additional amount of Rs 1000 per subject, Semester-wise along with usual Semester Fee i.e. 08 & 09 Batch only (UPTO 2007 AND EARLIER BATCH NEED NOT APPLY)
The applicants are advised to enclose Xerox copies of their qualifying examination certificate copies duly attested by the College Principal concerned.
The OU Principal is requested to send the Faculty list without which the examination forms will not be accepted.

The Principal may kindly forward all the examination application forms along with the prescribed examination fee on or before 20th August 2018 together with Nominal Rolls.
The Colleges maintaining their account with the branches of State Bank of Hyderabad State Bank Hyderabad (SBH) OR any other bank are required to deposit the consolidated amount in any branch of SBH for Credit into “Registrar, Examination’s Fee Fund Account No.52198262033” and can obtain a receipt from the bank and submit’s the same to the Examination’s Branch along with Examination forms on or before 20-08-2018.
Application Forms submitted after 20-08-2018 will have to pay a Penal fee of Rs. 1000/- per day.
Important Note: Any discrepancies with regards to the Candidate data such as Internal marks, Practical, Vivavoce, and Project’s, etc. should be brought to the notice of concerned officials examination’s Branch and obtain the acknowledgment within one month of declaration of results. After one month, queries will not be entertained.
ALL THE PRINCIPAL’S ARE REQUIRED TO TRANSFER THE FEE AMOUNT THROUGH RTGS/NEFT ONLY FOR CREDIT INTO REGISTRAR OSMANIA UNIVERSITY EXAM FEE FUND A/C NO. 52198262033 (SBH, O.U. BRANCH, IFSC CODE “SBHY0020071”).
