NTR Vidyonnathi Scheme is providing AP Stet government for SC, ST, BC and Minorities to provide free coaching for UPSC civil service exam. The online Application form opened at https://jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in/. The government pays Rs 1,00,000/- in 9 months duration course as a stipend. Th community wise vacancies for SCs 700, BCs 1,000, STs 300, Kapu 750, Minorities 300, Brahmins 50, Others 750. Total selection of students for the training: 3,850.

NTR Vidyonnathi Scheme 2018 Syllabus:
Current events of National and International importance. History of Indian and Indian National Movement. Indian and World Geography, Physical, Social, Economic Geography of India and the World. Indian Polity and Governance- Constitution, Political System, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights issues, etc.
Economic and Social Development – Sustainable Development,, Demographics, Social Sector Initiatives, Poverty inclusion, etc. General issues on Environmental Ecology, Biodiversity and Climate Change- that do not require subject specialization. Comprehension Interpersonal skills including communication skills, General Science, analytical ability and logical reasoning.Decision making and problem-solving General Mental ability Basic numeracy (numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude etc., (Class X level), Data Interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc., Class X level).
