TS TRT 2018 Certificate Verification Checklist

TSPSC TRT School Assistant Certificates Verification Dates 2018. Notification No 52/2017 School Assistant (SA) Certificate Verification dates from 08th August to October 2018. Check-in the official notification as per the subject wise, hall ticket number wise and district wise you can attend the for certificate verification.

The Telangana govt conducted Teacher Recruitment Test in 1:3 ratio.The applicants who have been picked up for certificate verification dated 19/06/2018, 22/06/2018 & 12/07/2018 for the post of School Assistant (All subjects) vide notification no.52/2017 dated 21/10/2017 have to produce the following certificates in original along with a set of Photostat copies duly attested by Gazetted Officer at the time of Verification’s of Certificate.

No request will be entertained for subsequent’s submission of any of the required certificates. The applicants should possess the requisite qualifications as on the date of the Notification. The commission reserves right to disqualify any applicants if he/she is not found eligible for any reason at any stage.

Note: The Pickup of candidates who approached Hon’ble High Court and obtained interim orders to allow them for the further process is purely provisional and subject to the outcome of respective W.Ps/W.A.s. Pending before the Hon’ble High Court.

TSPSC TRT School Assistant Certificates Verification:

All the eligible candidates need to carry all this documents.

Checklist (Basic information data) 1 Set to be filled by the candidate (download from the Commission’s website).

Web option Document, Hall Ticket, Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Memo).

Un-Employee declaration for claiming fee exemption for the applicants who are in the age group of 18 to 44 year’s (OC Un-Employees).

The school study certificate from 4th Class to 10th class or Certificate of Residence/Nativity (When the candidates have not studied in School but studied privately or in open school).

Provisional or Convocation Certificate and Marks Memo (Graduation/PG/B.Ed/TET), Integrated Community certificate (Caste Certificate) issued by T.S. Government with Father/ Mother Name.

Non-Creamy Layer certificate for BC Community Candidates with father name as per Memo No. 3009/BCW/OP/2011, Govt., of Telangana, BC Welfare (OP) Department, Dt: 18-12-2015. (Prescribed format hosted on Website).

The disability certificate (SADAREM Certificate) in case of PH students. The PH applicant’s have to undergo a medical examination’s at respective Medical Board.

Proof of age relaxation in case of Telangana State Government Servant (Regular Service certificates from the concerned department, Government of Telangana State / NCC instructor certificate/ Retrenched Census service certificate, Ex-servicemen Certificate if any.

NOC from the employer for In-service candidates, 2 sets of Attestation forms duly signed by Gazetted Office.

Agency Certificate (ST Candidates belonging to Agency Area), Any other relevant document in pursuance of Notification.

Certificate verification will be held at the 10-erstwhile District Headquarters. The subject wise, date wise schedule of certificates verification is placed on Commission’s website www.tspsc.gov.in and the candidates are also informed to download the above-mentioned checklist and other proformas available on the website.

Venue of certificate verification will be informed through web note on 07/08/2018 as decided by the School Education Department.
