NIFT Admissions 2018 released. The last date for online application for submission is December 29. Candidates can apply at www.nift.ac.in or https://applyadmission.net/NIFTNRI2018. The written exam is on January 21. NIFT established in 1986 with a vision to emerge as a center of excellence and innovation, proactively catalyzing grown of fashion business in professional education with concern for social & human values.
Age limit: Maximum age limit is 23 years as on 1st October 2017 for Bachelor (UG) programmes. The upper age may be relaxed by a period of 5 years for SC/ST/PWD. No upper age limit for Master (PG) programmes. NIFT will give an opportunity to candidates to review and correct their personal information in the application form from 30th December 2017 to 02nd January 2018.
Applicants have to pay of application fee Rs 1500 in case of GEN/OBC candidates and Rs.750 in case of SC/ST/PWD.
What courses offered NIFT Admissions 2018
Fashion Design / Accessory Design /Leather Design / Textile Design / Fashion Communication/ Knitwear Design
The +2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern or A passing grade in the SSC Examination conducted by the National Open School (NOS) with a minimum of 5 subjects.
Bachelor of Fashion Technology: +2 level examination or A passing grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the NOS with a minimum of five subjects with Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics
Master of Design: Undergraduate Degree or Undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT / NID.
M.F.M (Master of Fashion Management): UG degree in any discipline from any Institute / University or three years UG Diploma from NIFT / NID.
M.F.Tech. (Master of Fashion Technology): B.F.Technology from NIFT or B.E / B.Tech
