Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti conducts JNVST 2018 Exam date on April 21, 2018. NVS has forwarded a notification to all regional offices to publish in leading newspapers. As per the letter, JNVST 2018 exam in summer bound, winter-bound and extreme winter bound for Class 6 will be conducted on 21st April 2018.

All regional offices will make efforts to publish the notification in newspapers on 12th April positively. The notification will be available in The Hindustan Times, The Times of Indio, The Indian Express, Hindustan, Dainik Jagran, Navbharat Times.
Earlier, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya had planned to conduct the exam on 10th February for summer bound, 8th April for winter-bound and 9th June for extreme winter bound. Due to administrative reasons, the exam postponed to 21st April.
The exam paper will be in 21 languages viz., Manipuri, Malayalam, Khasi, Bengali, Bodo, English, Mizo, Oriya, Sindhi (Arabic), Assamese, Garo, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Urdu, Nepali, Sindhi (Devnagri).
Separate answer sheets will be distributed to each student. Students are required to mark their answers at an appropriate place provided on the answer sheet itself.
ICR (Intelligence Character Recognition), OCR (Optical Character Recognition) type answer sheets are using for this exam. Candidates must use Blue or Black Point Pen to mark their answers. Marking of answers with the pencil is strictly prohibited. Candidates should bring their own pens.
Erasing, cutting and overwriting on the answer sheet is not allowed and will lead to disqualification. Further, No change of answer sheet is allowed once the paper is written.
