JNV admission 2018 online registration at CSC ends on December 2. Admissions for Class VI in JNVST made through the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST). JNVST release a press notification on Nov 23rd F.NO.1-8/2018-NVS to the deputy commissioner on Thursday
Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas are co-educational residential schools. JNVs provide quality modern education to the talented students predominantly from rural areas from class VI to class XII. The last date for submission of online or offline application is 25th November 2017.
Candidates JNV admission 2018 online registration fulfilling guidelines:
- Studying in 5th class in academic Session 2017-18 in a Government/Govt recognized school in the same dist, where JNV is functioning and to which they are seeking admission.
- Must study and passed classes III & IV from Government/ Govt recognized school.
- Studied full academic session in each class. Should study for the full academic session in Class-V from the same district from where admission is sought.
- Born between 01st 2005 May and 30th April 2009 (both the days inclusive)
In addition to the provision of online application for admission through Common Service Centres, the parents/students can also submit their applications duly verified by the Headmaster of the school where the candidate is studying in 5th Class during 2017-18 to the Principal, Jawahar NavodayaVidyalaya of the district concerned and obtain acknowledgment.
The students who have already registered successfully through CSC need not submit another application through offline mode. The offline application form may download from the website www.nvshq.org.
Selection Process: The exams will be conducting in 21 languages.Khasi, Malayalam, Mizo, Oriya, Punjabi, Sindhi (Arabic), Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, English, Garo, Manipuri, Marathi, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Nepali, Sindhi (Devnagri).
Exams Pattern: The selection test will be of two-hour duration and will have three sections with only objective type questions. There are 100 questions in all of the 100marks. Each question carries one mark. Mental ability, Arithmetic, Language Test.
Important Dates: Issue of the admit card can download from the office of Common Service Centre as per the following schedule: For downloading the admit card, Common Service Centre will be charging Rs.10/- candidate, which is to be paid by the parent/candidate.

On Sunday 8th April 2018 at 11.30 A.M. in the States of Jammu and Kashmir (except Leh, Kargil & Doda),. Sikkim Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Uttrakhand & in the Districts of Dibang Valley and Tawang of Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Darjeeling of WB.
On Saturday 9th June 2018 at 11.30 A.M. in the Districts of Leh, Kargil & Doda of Jammu &Kashmir State and the District of Shimla, Kinnaur and Lahaul & Spiti of Himachal Pradesh State.
