Uttar Pradesh: 5 Day National Youth Festival 2018 starts from 12 January 2018. Shri Narendra Modi, PM of India will inaugurate National Youth Festival (NYF) 2018 on 12th January through video conference. He will address the gathering. The festival will start on the birth anniversary of Youth Icon of India, Swami Vivekanand.Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, GOI will organize the Nation Youth Festival 2018 in collaboration with State govt of Uttar Pradesh.

The NYF 2018 will be organized at Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida from January 12 to 16. The objective of NYF is providing a platform to bring the youth together in an attempt to provide an opportunity to exhibit their talents.

This is the twenty-second National Youth Festival. The theme of this festival is ‘Sankalp se siddhi‘. It also provides an arena where youth interact informal and formal settings & exchange their social and cultural uniqueness. This blend of diverse creates Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat.

This programme will enhance the awareness about govt initiatives & be exhorting the youth to express their concepts. Around 5000 volunteers of NSS and Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan along with local youth will participate in the five-day festival. The National Youth Award will also be conferred during the opening ceremony.
